1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your registration for, sponsorship of, or exhibiting at the Bharat Ethanol Forum 2026 and the concurrent Ethanol & Biofuels Trade & Tech Expo 2026 (together, the "Event"). The Event is organised by Tefla's, 301 AB & 308, Abhishek Premises, C-5 Dalia Industrial Estate, Off New Link Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400053, India ("Organiser", "we", "us"). By accessing this website, registering, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Registration & delegate passes
Delegate passes are subject to availability and to confirmation by the Organiser. Pricing, early-bird windows, taxes and inclusions are indicated on the relevant pages and confirmed at the point of payment. A pass is valid only for the named delegate and for the edition for which it is purchased. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration at its discretion.
3. Pricing, taxes & GST
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian delegates and in US Dollars (USD) for international delegates, as shown at checkout. Indian transactions attract Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate, which is added and shown before payment. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued upon successful payment.
4. Payments
Online payments on this website are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers — these are handled securely by Razorpay. Your registration is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and acknowledged. In the rare event of a failed or duplicate transaction where the amount is debited, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the bank/Razorpay within 5–7 business days; if it is not, contact us with your transaction reference.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Delegate cancellations, substitutions and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
6. Programme changes & force majeure
The programme, speakers, agenda, format and venue logistics may be refined; we will communicate material changes to registered delegates. The Organiser is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic, or failure of utilities or transport ("Force Majeure"). Where the Event is postponed for such reasons, registrations will ordinarily be carried over to the rescheduled dates.
7. Delegate conduct
Delegates, sponsors and exhibitors agree to conduct themselves professionally and to comply with the venue's rules and all applicable laws. The Organiser may remove, without refund, any person whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful or harmful to others.
8. Sponsorship & exhibiting
Sponsorship tiers and exhibitor stalls are confirmed under a separate agreement with the Organiser, which sets out the specific deliverables, payment schedule and cancellation terms applicable to that engagement. Where there is any conflict, that signed agreement prevails over these Terms for the relevant party.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and Event materials — including text, graphics, logos, the Bharat Ethanol Forum name and marks, and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to the Organiser and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit it without prior written consent.
10. Photography & recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the Organiser's use of your image, voice and likeness in promotional and post-event materials. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the on-site registration desk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your registration. The Organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for personal belongings, travel or accommodation costs.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event.
